The Crypto run of 2021 has been historic. All traders made money due to the positive drift, hence any ridiculous trading algorithm worked. Recently everything has shifted and the drift is negative, so people are losing money. This will continue until a shakeout. So what about staking? You can get between 5-16% on staking investments....however you will risk the principle investment. 

During a time of negative drift I would be wary of staking. However after the impending crypto markets bubble burts, staking will be a great medium term investment. Please understand the markets will have another shakeout once quantum computers come online. Hence these are NOT retirement plans.
