I love crypto in many ways. Bitcoin is revolutionary in many ways, the new generation of crypto-currencies are wonderful. However I have issues with the predictive valuations of crypto projects, and the exchanges themselves. 

Let's focus on exchanges. Never before have humans had multiple exchanges that are trading 24/7/365 on the same assets. The non-stop feeding frenzy of trading, allows for super spikes & collapses...which are based news. The diversified marketplaces allow ( and encourage ) huge disequilibrium in price at these discrete moments of time. I expect these will disappear as markets mature. Get ready for a bumpy ride!
